There are a number of reasons why we might need to close your RunCloud account.
The most common reason is that we discontinued our free plan as of the 22nd of August, 2022. As a part of this, we’ve worked to make the transition as easy as possible with multiple email notifications.
What Does This Mean for My Account?
You will not be able to take any action on your connected servers or web applications through the RunCloud dashboard, apart from upgrading your RunCloud subscription.
What Will Happen to My Servers If My Account Is Locked?
Your servers and web applications will be live, but —
- Backups will be paused. No new backups will be created, and backups will be deleted in accordance with their retention settings.
- Let’s Encrypt SSL renewals will fail.
- You will no longer be able to access your RunCloud account.
How Can I Unlock My Account?
