Refund Process
RunCloud subscriptions that are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, are subject to Paddle’s refund policies. To initiate a refund, you will need to contact Paddle directly.
Paddle is responsible for collecting taxes on the transactions based on your location and applicable tax laws. When a refund is issued, Paddle will also handle the tax adjustments.
Contacting Paddle
- Visit paddle.net and submit a refund request by entering the email address that you used to sign up for your RunCloud account.
- You will receive an email with all the purchases that you have made in the past. Locate your Paddle receipt or transaction number and provide the necessary transaction details and the reason for the refund.
Refund Amount Variations
The amount refunded to you may differ from the original amount paid due to the following reasons:
