RunCloud helps you manage your web applications with ease. Whether you need more features, more servers, or more flexibility, RunCloud has a plan that suits your needs.

However, we understand that sometimes you may want to change your plan, or even stop using RunCloud altogether. That’s why we have made it easy for you to do so. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your RunCloud account settings.

But before you do cancel, we want you to know that we’re here to help you with any issues or questions you may have. Our support team is always ready to assist you with any technical or billing problems. You can create a support ticket or reach out to us in the RunCloud community. We will do our best to resolve your queries and make your RunCloud experience better.

To cancel your subscription, you need to do the following:

  1. Log in to your RunCloud account and click on the Billing button on the left corner menu.
  2. This will take you to the Subscription tab where you will see your current plan under the “Your Subscription” section.
  1. Click on your subscription details (labelled something like “Subscription 26 Oct 2023 – 26 Oct 2024“).
  2. On the next page, click on the Cancel Subscription button in the top right corner of the screen.
  1. Once you click “Cancel“, a pop-up will be displayed asking you to confirm your decision. Click on “Cancel Subscription” to stop auto-renewal.
  1. Once canceled, your subscription will not be renewed automatically. However, you will still be able to access your RunCloud account’s features and services until the end of your billing cycle.
  2. If you wish to resume your subscription, you can click on the banner displayed in the Billing section, and follow through the steps.
