If you want to move a server from one RunCloud account to another, you can use the Transfer Server feature. This feature is only available for Pro and Business accounts.
Here are the steps to transfer a server:
1. Go to Settings from the menu.
2. Scroll down to Transfer Server.

3. Enter the email address of the RunCloud account that will receive the server.

Before you transfer a server, please note the following:
- The Slack Webhook URL, Telegram Notification, and Health Notification settings will be deleted, and will need to be set up again on the new account.
- The backup instances will be removed, and moved to the Backup Archive after the transfer is done.
- It is recommended to remove SSL before transferring the server, and add it back after the transfer is done.
- If you have any Web Applications using Atomic Deployment, you’ll need to disable Atomic Deployment for them.
- The transfer only affects the RunCloud account, and not the actual VPS host.
That’s how you can transfer a server to another RunCloud account. If you have any questions or issues, please contact our Technical Support team.
