Do You Have a Free Plan?
As of 22nd August 2022, RunCloud no longer offers a free plan. However, you can take advantage of RunCloud’s 7 day free trial.
Please note that with the 7 day free trial, RunCloud will automatically charge you on the 8th day. If the payment fails then your account will be locked and the following actions will be taken.

What is a locked account?
If your account is locked, you will not be able to use the RunCloud dashboard to manage your connected server and web application unless you upgrade your RunCloud subscription.
What will happen to my server if my account is locked?
Your server and web application will continue running. However some services will be blocked according to our terms of service:
- You will not be able to create new Web Applications within the RunCloud dashboard.
- You will not be able to create new backups or keep old backups based on the expiration date.
- You will not be able to renew your Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates.
How do I unlock my account?
To unlock your RunCloud account you will need to subscribe to any of our paid plans. Read more about how to upgrade your RunCloud subscription.
I have a server on my locked account. How do I transfer it to another active account?
You will need to subscribe to a Pro or Business plan first before you can transfer your server to another active or paid account. You can follow our guide to transfer your server.
What will happen to my inactive account after the transfer is done?
We will cancel your current plan and transfer the remaining balance of your inactive account to the active account of your choice.
You will only get a refund for your server management plan. Your inactive account will be locked again after this process.
What will happen to my account once deactivated?
If you have no online connected server or active subscription with us, your account will be deactivated after 30 days. You will not be able to log in to the RunCloud dashboard after that.
All deactivated accounts will be deleted permanently after a period of time. You will lose all your data, including billing information. You cannot undo this process.
How do I reactivate my account and stop the deletion from happening?
Please contact our support team by email to reactivate your account and keep an active subscription with us. This will prevent your account from being deactivated and deleted.
