SFTP backup service is a feature on RunCloud that allows you to securely transfer your WordPress files and database to a remote server using the SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). This can help you to protect your site from data loss, malware, or hacking.

To use this feature, you’ll need to whitelist a set of IPs on your firewall. These are the IPs of the servers that will initiate the backup process and connect to your SFTP server. If you don’t whitelist these IPs, your firewall may block the connection and prevent the backup from happening.

Here is the list of IPs that you need to whitelist for SFTP backup service:

52.53.52.35/32
54.177.105.133/32
54.176.244.231/32
52.52.156.27/32
54.215.67.177/32
54.193.194.57/32

Please refer to the documentation of your firewall utility for more details on how to whitelist IPs. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us in the RunCloud Community.
