What should I do if my account got banned?

To clarify, RunCloud does not and will never ban any free or paid accounts. 

RunCloud must prevent abuse from users who sign up for a trial period and then try to use their same email address for another trial period. 

If you decide you wish to sign up and use RunCloud after your trial period, you will need to contact Technical Support to re-activate your account or send an email to [email protected].
