While Full Page Caching speeds up the delivery of your HTML document, your website’s total load time also depends on how quickly its static assets (images, CSS, JavaScript, and fonts) are delivered. An Asset CDN (Content Delivery Network) is designed to solve this by serving those files from a global network of servers.
RunCache integrates directly with BunnyCDN to offload these assets, ensuring they are delivered to your visitors from a server geographically closest to them and significantly reducing latency and speeding up your site.
Enabling the BunnyCDN Asset CDN
To get started, navigate to RunCache > Settings from your WordPress dashboard and click on the Asset CDN tab.
Simply enable the BunnyCDN Asset CDN toggle. Once enabled, you will need to configure the connection to your BunnyCDN account.

BunnyCDN Configuration
This section allows RunCache to connect to your BunnyCDN account and manage your assets securely. You will need an active BunnyCDN account and have already created a Pull Zone for your website.
BunnyCDN Connection Settings:
- API Key: Enter your BunnyCDN account’s API key into this field. This key allows RunCache to communicate with BunnyCDN to fetch your pull zones and, in the future, manage cache purges.
- Save Changes: After entering your API Key, specify the file extensions you want cached, then click the Save Settings button to finalize the configuration.
