Products or services purchased from RunCloud may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Please refer to below for refund terms applicable to our offerings.
All refund requests must be made through the official ticketing system.
The company has the right to refuse a refund, including but not limited to abuse to the system or if fraud is suspected.
If a customer requests a refund, it will take around three (3) to five (5) business days to be processed and completed. All returns will be made via the same mode of payment.
RunCloud shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution, processing the said refund.
RunCloud Subscription Refund Terms
For any Subscription Plan purchased, a customer can request a full refund within fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase. Any refund request after the fourteen (14) days will not be entertained.
Once the refund has completed, the account will be downgraded to the Free plan automatically.
RunCloud Backup Credit Refund Terms
For RunCloud Backup Credit (“Backup Credit”) purchased, a customer can only redeem unused Backup Credit within fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase. Used Backup Credit is non-redeemable and strictly not entertained if requested.
Once the credit is refunded to the customer, the account/wallet that holds your credits will be empty.
