Refund of Renewal or Purchase for Existing Customer

All fees paid by existing customers are non-refundable except for first-time users.

No Questions Asked Refund Policy (14 days) For First-Time User

If you are a first-time user, you are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Any refund request after the fourteen (14) days period will not be entertained.

You are required to make the refund request through the official ticketing system within the stipulated time frame.

The company has the right to refuse a refund, including but not limited to abuse to the system or if fraud is suspected.

If a customer requests a refund, it will take around three (3) to five (5) business days to be processed and completed. All returns shall be made through the same mode of payment.

RunCloud shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

Once the refund has been processed, the account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Server Management plan.
