RunCloud uses Paddle to handle all subscription payments and billing-related transactions. Paddle provides a secure and reliable platform for managing your RunCloud subscription, allowing us to focus on providing you with the best server management experience.

Supported Payment Methods

Paddle offers a variety of payment methods to make subscribing to RunCloud easy and convenient. This includes:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.) are typically accepted.
  • PayPal: You can use your PayPal account to pay for your RunCloud subscription.
  • Google Pay: (See details below)
  • Apple Pay: (See details below)

Google Pay

RunCloud supports Google Pay as a convenient payment option. This lets you pay quickly and securely using payment methods stored in your Google Account.

Enabling and Using Google Pay:

  1. Google Chrome and Account Synchronization: Ensure you are logged in to your Google Chrome browser with the Google Account that contains your desired payment method.
  2. RunCloud Login: Log in to your RunCloud dashboard using the same Google Account you used in Step 1. Google Pay must be presented as an option.
  3. Checkout Process: During the checkout process (when upgrading or subscribing), Google Pay will be displayed as an available payment method if it is supported for your location and currency. Simply select Google Pay and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase.

Google Pay through Paddle is currently not supported for customers located in India. This is a limitation of Paddle’s Google Pay integration. See Paddle’s Google Pay Documentation for the most up-to-date information. If you are in India, please use an alternative payment method such as a credit card or PayPal.

Apple Pay

RunCloud supports Apple Pay as a convenient payment option. This lets you pay quickly and securely using payment methods stored in your Apple Wallet.

Enabling and Using Apple Pay:

  1. Safari on Apple Devices: Ensure that you are using the Safari web browser on any of your Apple devices (e.g., iPhone, iPad, and Mac) that has been set up with working Apple Pay.
  2. RunCloud Login: Log in to your RunCloud dashboard.
  3. Checkout Process: During the checkout process (when upgrading or subscribing), Apple Pay will be displayed as an available payment method if it is supported for your location and currency. Simply select Apple Pay and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase. You may need to confirm your payment with FaceID, TouchID, or passcode.

Supported Countries and Currencies

Paddle supports a wide range of countries and currencies. For the most accurate and up-to-date list, please refer to Paddle’s official documentation: Paddle Supported Countries and Locales.

This page lists which countries Paddle can process payments from and the currencies they support in each country. If your country is not listed, you may not be able to subscribe to RunCloud.

Sanctioned and Restricted Countries

Due to international regulations and Paddle’s internal policies, certain countries are sanctioned or restricted. Paddle cannot process payments from these regions. This list is subject to change. Always refer to Paddle’s official sanctions documentation for the most current information:

Paddle Sanctions Information

Attempting to subscribe from a sanctioned country will likely result in a failed transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Currency Conversion

If Paddle does not directly support your local currency, the transaction will be processed in a supported currency (often USD or EUR). Your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion, and exchange rates may apply. These exchange rates are determined by your financial institution, not by RunCloud or Paddle.

Cancellation and Refunds

Our separate cancellation and refunds documentation page provides information about canceling your RunCloud subscription and our refund policy.
