RunCloud is a server management platform. Your RunCloud workspace is where you can invite your team to collaborate on infrastructure resources.
Read on to learn how to create your workspace and get started with RunCloud.
Note: To create a workspace, you’ll need to be on a RunCloud Business or Enterprise plan.
The Benefits of Creating A Workspace
- Improved Organization: Separate servers with different clients, reducing clutter and confusion.
- Increased Security and Access Control: To prevent accidentally using your personal API keys, use separate API keys and SSH keys for your workspace.
- Simplified Collaboration: Grant team members access to specific Workspace resources without exposing other client data.
How to Create Your Workspace
Creating a new workspace is very easy.
Simply log in to your RunCloud dashboard and click the Personal Space dropdown you’ll be able to locate at the top-left, as shown above.
To create your workspace, simply click Create Workspace.
You’ll then be taken through the process of creating your workspace.
To create your workspace, simply set a name and description.
And once you’re happy and ready to proceed, click Create Workspace.
Congratulations – you’ve just created your workspace! 🎉

If you want to edit these settings, you can navigate to the settings page and configure these settings as described in the following posts:
